Bee development

The development of a bee from egg to adult takes sixteen days for a queen, 21 days for a worker and 24 days for a drone.
When three days have passed, the larva emerges from the egg and then develops from the prepupa to the propupa. Beginning on the tenth day, the honeycombs are sealed and then the bees hatch.
